اختبار تأثير أوراق نبات الحناء على بعض سلالات البكتيريا
الملخص
الحناء نبتة شجيرية٬ كثيرة الفروع٬ دائمة الخضرة، يصل طولها إلى ثلاثة أمتار٬ تنمو في البيئات الاستوائية لقارة إفريقيا٬ و حول البحر الابيض المتوسط. تستخدم مكوناتها في انحاء متفرقة من العالم٬ كمصدر متوارث للزينة٬ و التداوي من بعض الامراض. احتواء هذا النبات على كميات وافرة من المواد الحيوية الفعالة يجعل منه أحد النباتات البارزة٬ و المستخدمة للعلاج من بين تلك التي يستخدمها الانسان. إلى جانب فعاليتها في علاج بعض الامراض العضوية٬ فقد اظهرت مكونات الحناء تأثيرا مضادا للأحياء الدقيقة. اجريت الدراسة الحالية٬ باستخدام طريقة انتشار القرص و طريقة انتشار حفر الآجار٬ لاختبار تأثير أوراق الحناء على بعض البكتيريا الممرضة٬ و المعزولة من حالات سريرية و هي: ستافيلوكوكس اوريس و سودوموناس ايروجينوزا و جنس بروتيوس و الاشريشياء كولاي. تبين أن لمسحوق و منقوع أوراق الحناء تأثيرا معتبرا ضد البكتيريا موجبة و سالبة جرام المختبرة٬ لا سيما الموجبة منها٬ حيث كان التأثير عليها أبين و أظهر. هذه النتائج تؤيد الدراسات السابقة و تدعم استخدام و تطوير مكونات نبات الحناء كمضاد بكتيري بديل.
