دراسة تأثيرالخلاصة الكحولية لنبات الزنجبيل علي بكتيريا Staphylococcus Aureus و Bacillus Cereus , وتقديرتراكيز بعض العناصر التقيله في هذا النبات

ﺘﻡ اختبار ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺜﺒﻴﻁﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺘﺨﻠﺹ ﺍﻟكحولي ﺍﻻﻴﺜﺎﻨﻭﻟﻲ لنبات الزنجبيل بتراكيز (30, 50, 100) % علي نوعين ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻜﺘﺭﻴﺎ ﺍلمرضية هي Staphylococcus Aureus, Bacillus cereus، ﺒﻌﺩ الحضن لمدة 24 ساعة ﻓﻲ ﺩﺭﺠﺔ ﺤﺭﺍﺭﺓ 37◦م حيت ﺃﻅﻬﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨلص ﺍﻟكحولي ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺘﺜﺒﻴﻁﻴﺔ ﻤﻠﺤﻭﻅﺔ ﻀﺩ نوعين من البكتيريا قيد ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻭﻗﺩ ﺘﺯﺍﻴﺩﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ بزيادة تركيز المستخلص حيت تراوح قطر منطقه التثبيط مابين 9-15ملم. كما قد تم تقدير ﺘﺭﺍكيز ﺒﻌﺽ ﺍلعناصر ﺍلثقيلة لنبات الزنجبيل بواسطة ﺍﻻﻤﺘﺼﺎﺹ ﺍلذري اللهبي, حيت ﺴﺠﻠﺕ ﺍلعناصر ﺍلثقيله تراكيز مختلفة بلغت نسبتها (0.65, 0.61, 14.83, 93.33, 41) لكل من العناصر (الرصاص, الكادميوم, النحاس, الحديد, الخارصين) علي التوالي. وقد بينت الدراسة أن تراكيز جميع العناصر الثقيلة هي من ضمن الحدود المسموحه بها عالميا ماعدا عنصر الكادميوم.
