التأثير البيولوجي للأسبرين المحضر معمليا على بكتيريا Staphylococcus aureus وبكتريا Escherichia coli

تم تحضير الأسبرين معمليا والتأكد من صحة الناتج عن طريق إجراء ا لتجارب التأكيدية و
استخدام طيف IR ، ومن تم أجريت الاختبارات البيولوجية للتراكيز المختلفة للأسبرين
المحضر على بكتريا Staphylococcus aureus وبكتريا Escherichia coli قيد
الدراسة، والمقاومة للمضادات الحيوية لمعرفة حساسية البكتريا لتلك التراكيز، حيث
أظهرت النتائج أن التأثير البيولوجي للأسبرين منعدم على البكتريا بنوعيها عند التراكيز
الأقل من 10g ̸ mlμ، ويزداد تأثير الأسبرين طرديا كلما زاد التركيز، كما أن تأثير
الأسبرين على بكتريا موجبة الجرام المتمثلة في بكتريا Staphylococcus aureus
أعلى من تأثيره على بكتريا سالبة الجرام المتمثلة في بكتريا Escherichia coli عند
جميع تراكيز الأسبرين المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة .
