First: General Policies & Integrity
General Policy
  • The Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic Journal. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
  • Authors must submit original, unpublished research not under review elsewhere. Submissions must not be derived from previously approved theses without prior approval.
  • Authors are fully responsible for any legal issues regarding copyright infringement or intellectual property.
Authorship and Funding
  • Authors’ names must be listed in order of contribution, with the main contributor listed first.
  • All sources of financial support or research funding must be disclosed.
  • If the paper is derived from a project or institutional collaboration, this must be disclosed.
Ethical and Academic Integrity
  • All manuscripts must adhere to academic integrity. Cases of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or duplicate publication will lead to immediate rejection.
  • The Journal uses plagiarism detection software. A similarity index above 20% may result in a desk rejection.
  • Authors found guilty of scientific Misconduct will be banned from future submissions.
Second: Manuscript Formatting

Page Setup

  • Follow the official Journal template.
  • Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).
  • Size: A4 pages.
  • Margins: 5 cm on each side.
  • 1 cm indentation for new paragraphs.
  • Max length: 25 pages (including references/appendices).

Language and Typography

  • English papers: Times New Roman, 12 pt. for body, 12 pt. bold for headings, line spacing 15.
  • Arabic papers: Simplified Arabic, 14 pt. for body, 14 pt. bold for headings, line spacing 15.
  • Headings must be numbered hierarchically (1, 1.1).
  • Standard academic language free from errors.

Tables, Figures & Pagination

  • Must be integrated within the text.
  • Numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2) and titled clearly.
  • Font inside tables: 12 pt.
  • Page numbers: Centered at the bottom (Times New Roman, 12).
Third: Paper Structure Requirements

  • 1. Title Page

    Title (up to 15 words, bold, 16 pt), Author (s) names (15 pt), Affiliation and email (12 pt).

  • 2. Abstract

    Maximum 250 words on the first page, followed by 3–6 keywords.

  • 3. Translated Abstract

    For Arabic papers, include a full English version of the title, Author (s), Affiliation, abstract, and keywords.

  • 4. Main Sections

    • Introduction: Problem, objectives, theoretical framework, and previous studies.
    • Methodology: Design, sample, tools, and procedures.
    • Results & Discussion: Objective presentation of findings, critical interpretation, and literature integration.
    • Conclusion & Recommendations: Key insights and actionable implications.

  • 5. Conflict of Interest Statement

    Declaration of any financial or non-financial conflicts using the Journal's standard form.

  • 6. References

    APA (7th Edition) in alphabetical order for social/humanities sciences. IEEE in numerical order for engineering/technical studies.

Fourth: Submission Method

  • Submit via the Journal’s online submission system or official email.
  • Include: Cover letter, declaration of originality, conflict of interest form, and funding disclosure (if applicable).
