Submission Guidelines

General Policy

  • The Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
  • Authors must submit original, unpublished research not under review Submissions must not be derived from previously approved theses or dissertations unless significantly modified with prior approval.
  • The corresponding author must confirm that all co-authors have agreed to the submission and that the manuscript has not been published previously.
  • Authors are fully responsible for any legal issues regarding copyright infringement, intellectual property, or research misconduct. The journal bears no liability for any such claims.

Authorship and Funding

  • Authors’ names must be listed in order of contribution, with the main contributor listed first.
  • All sources of financial support or research funding must be disclosed in the manuscript.
  • If the paper is derived from a project, institutional collaboration, or contains shared data, this must be disclosed.

Ethical and Academic Integrity

  • All manuscripts must adhere to the principles of academic integrity and ethics. Cases of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or any unethical conduct will lead to immediate rejection or retraction.
  • The journal uses plagiarism detection software to assess originality. Any paper with a similarity index above 20% may be desk-rejected.
  • Authors found guilty of scientific misconduct will be banned from future submissions, and relevant institutions may be notified.

Manuscript Formatting

  • Submissions must follow the official journal template (available on the journal’s website).
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format using A4-sized pages.
  • All margins should be 5 cm on each side.
  • Paragraphs must begin with a 1 cm indentation.
  • The entire manuscript, including references and appendices, should not exceed 25 pages.

Language and Typography

  • For Arabic papers:
    • Font: Simplified Arabic
    • Font Size: 14 pt. for body, 14 pt. bold for headings
    • Line spacing: 15
  • For English papers:
    • Font: Times New Roman
    • Font Size: 12 pt. for body, 12 pt. bold for headings
    • Line spacing: 15
  • Use standard academic language, free from spelling or grammatical errors.
  • All headings and subheadings must be numbered hierarchically (e.g., 1, 1.1, 1.2).

Tables, Figures, and Illustrations

  • Tables and figures must be integrated within the text, not placed at the end.
  • Each table/figure should be numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2), titled clearly, and referenced in the text.
  • Font for table/figure content: 12 pt.
  • Use high-resolution images and ensure proper alignment and labeling.

Pagination

  • Page numbers must be centered at the bottom of each page using Times New Roman, size 12.

Paper Structure Requirements

1. Title Page

  • Title: Up to 15 words, bold, font size 16
  • Author(s): Name(s), font size 15
  • Affiliation and email: Font size 12

2. Abstract

  • Arabic Abstract (for Arabic papers): On the first page, maximum 250 words, followed by 3–6 keywords.
  • English Abstract (for English papers): On the first page or after the title, maximum 250 words, followed by 3–6 keywords.

3. English Abstract for Arabic Papers

  • Include a full English version of the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) before the abstract.
  • Keywords must also be translated.

4. Main Sections

Introduction

  • Introduce the problem, objectives, hypotheses (if applicable), theoretical framework, and previous studies.
  • For qualitative/theoretical studies, focus on the significance and key constructs.

Methodology

  • Quantitative studies: Research design, sample, tools, procedures.
  • Qualitative studies: Approach, data collection, credibility verification, and analysis technique.

Results

  • Present findings objectively for each question/hypothesis.
  • Include tables, charts, or qualitative narratives as applicable.

Discussion

  • Interpret findings critically, referencing previous literature and theoretical models.
  • May be merged with the Results section.

Conclusion and Recommendations

  • Summarize key insights and offer actionable recommendations, policy implications, or future research directions.

5. Conflict of Interest Statement

  • The corresponding author must include a declaration of any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest for all contributors, using a standardized form provided by the journal.

6. References

  • Adhere to one of the following referencing styles:
    • APA (7th Edition) for social sciences, education, humanities
    • IEEE for engineering, computing, and technical studies
  • If APA (7th Edition) is used, References must be listed in alphabetical order, beginning with sources in the paper’s language. Do not use numbering; separate Arabic and non-Arabic references.
  • If IEEE is used, References must be listed in numerical order.
  • All in-text citations must be consistent with the chosen style.

Submission Method

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system or the official email on the website.
  • All submissions must include:
    • A cover letter
    • Declaration of originality
    • Conflict of interest form
    • Funding disclosure (if applicable)
