Requirements for Submission of Manuscripts

  1. Required Submission Forms

Authors must submit a written undertaking to comply with the journal’s publication standards and conditions, along with a declaration of no conflict of interest.

The undertaking and declaration should be sent with the manuscript via email or through the journal’s online system.

  1. Submission Formatting

Authors must submit the following:

  • An electronic copy of the manuscript, formatted according to the journal’s template in Word format, submitted via email or via the journal’s electronic platform.
  1. Manuscript Numbering

Each manuscript will be assigned a unique reference number generated by the system upon receipt of the submission request.

This number must be included on all documents related to the manuscript.

  1. Preliminary Review

The editorial board conducts an initial screening to ensure:

  • Adherence to journal guidelines
  • Scientific soundness
  • Relevance and clarity of content

Manuscripts may be rejected at this stage with a written explanation. Authors may request reconsideration.

  1. Plagiarism Check

All submissions undergo originality screening using iThenticate to ensure compliance with citation ethics.

  1. Quotation Policy

The total of quotations must not exceed 20% of the manuscript, subject to the following:

  • Direct Quotations: No more than 30% of the 20% total quotation allowance
  • Scholarly Exceptions: Permitted with prior written approval from the Editor-in-Chief
  1. Peer Review

Manuscripts are evaluated by qualified referees with relevant expertise. Referees are assigned by the editorial board.

  1. Referee Responsibilities

Referees are to provide assessments only via the approved evaluation forms. They are not authorized to edit the manuscript content.

  1. Evaluation Categories

Referees classify manuscripts as:
a. Accepted for publication
b. Accepted with minor revisions
c. Accepted with major revisions
d. Rejected

  1. Minimum Evaluation Score

A manuscript must receive at least 65% of the total evaluation score to qualify for publication.

  1. Evaluation Timeline

Referees must submit reports within 15 days. Delayed feedback may not be accepted unless justified. Alternate referees will be assigned if necessary.

  1. Rejection of Referee Reports

The editorial board reserves the right to reject a referee’s feedback if it lacks substantiated reasoning or timeliness.

  1. Author Response to Feedback

Authors receiving revision requests must address all comments. If disagreements arise, the board may appoint a second referee or make a final editorial decision.

  1. Evaluation Standards

All evaluations are conducted in accordance with standardized forms developed by the journal.

  1. Confidentiality

Referee evaluations and deliberations are strictly confidential.

  1. Publication Priorities

Manuscripts are prioritized based on:
a. Timely completion of the review and revision process
b. Disciplinary diversity and author inclusiveness
c. Relevance to local issues and urgent topics identified by the board
