التلوث البكتيري المرتبط بألعاب الأطفال في رياض  ودور الحضانة بمدينة مصراتة

الملخص

تلعب البيئة التي توفر التعليم خارج المنزل لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة دوراً هاماً في زيادة خطر الإصابة بالأمراض في المجتمع، ترتبط الألعاب إرتباطاً وثيقاً بصحة الأطفال بحيث يمكن أن تكون ناقلة للأمراض. جمعت في هذه الدراسة 205 مسحة من أنواع مختلفة من الألعاب (صلبة ، ناعمة ، تعليمية) من 13 مركز حضانة و14 روضة من رياض الأطفال بين القطاعين العام والخاص خلال الفترة من شهر أبريل 2023 إلى شهر أكتوبر 2023 . تم عزل 15 نوع بكتيري بطريقة العزل المباشر بإستخدام أوساط مناسبة . أظهرت النتائج أن البكتيريا الموجبة لصبغة جرام كانت هي السائدة بنسبة 51.8% ، والبكتيريا السالبة لصبغة جرام بنسبة أقل 48.2% ، سجلت أعلى نسب تلوث للألعاب بالبكتيريا الموجبة لصبغة جرام في الروضات الخاصة بنسبة 42.0%، و أعلى نسب تلوث بالبكتيريا السالبة لصبغة جرام سجلت في الروضات العامة بنسبة 34%. أما بالنسبة للحضانات فمثلت الحضانات العامة أعلى نسب تلوث بالبكتيريا الموجبة والسالبة من الحضانات الخاصة. من أكثر البكتيريا الموجبة انتشار كانت .Bacillus spp يليها Staphylococci positive Coagulase،Staphylococci negative Coagulase، ومن أكثر البكتيريا السالبة لصبغة جرام انتشاراً كانت pseudomonas spp بنسبة ويليها Enterobacter cloacea. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أعلى نسبة لتلوث الألعاب بالبكتيريا الموجبة كانت في لعبة الزلحيقة بنسبة 15%، بينما أعلى نسبة لتلوث الألعاب بالبكتيريا السالبة كانت في لعبة الكرات بنسبة 11%. اختبرت بكتيريا Staphylococcus aureus مع بعض المضادات الحيوية، وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أعلى معدل مقاومة البكتيريا للمضادات الحيوية هو المضاد الحيوي Cefoxtin، بنسبة 70.4%.
