تقييم الصدق والثبات لمقياس السلوك العدواني في بيئة العمل بين العاملين في القطاع الصحي

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الصدق والثبات لمقياس السلوك العدواني بين العاملين في القطاع الصحي في مدينة مصراتة. تم اختبار صدق وثبات أحد المقاييس المطورة من قبل Neuman and Baron 1998 في تصنيف السلوك العدواني في بيئة العمل والذي يتكون من ثلاثة أبعاد هي: تعبيرات العداء، والعرقلة، والعدوان الصريح. تم جمع البيانات من العاملين في المستشفيات والمراكز الطبية العامة والخاصة الواقعة بمدينة مصراتة من عينة عشوائية قوامها (158) مشارك . وتم حساب الصدق العاملي لمقياس السلوك العدواني في العمل من خلال التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي على فقرات المقياس وفق طريقة المكونات الأساسية مع التدوير المائل باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V. 25. وتم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS AMOS. V25 في إجراء التحليل العاملي التوكيدي من خلال النمذجة بالمعادلة البنائية (((Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)، الطريقة الاحتمالية القصوى (Maximum Likelihood Method) للإستدلال على صدق المقياس وتم استخدام اختبار الفا كرونباخ للتأكد من ثبات المقياس. أسفرت النتائج عن صلاحية المقياس بأبعاده الثلاثة لقياس السلوك العدواني في بيئة الدراسة مثلما جاء في نسخته الأصلية. وفقا لمقياس ليكرت الخماسي جاء ترتيب أبعاد السلوك العدواني على النحو التالي: تعبيرات العداء يليها العرقلة ثم الاعتداء الصريح. نوصي بمزيد من دراسات الصدق والثبات من أجل تعزيز صلاحية المقاييس العالمية في بيئة الدراسة العربية.
