تقدير مستويات الكتروليتات الدم عند مرضي سرطان البنكرياس في مركز مصراته للأورام

الملخص

يَحتاجُ جسمُ الإنسا إلى الكثير من الالكتروليتا ، فعلى الرّغم من وجودها بكميّات قليلة جداً إلّا أ جسم الإنسان يحتاجها في تكوين العظام والدم، بالإضافة إلى دورها في المحافظة على الوظائف الطبيعيه للخلايا ، تحدث الاضطربات الالكتروليتية عادة عند مرضي المصابين بالسرطان ، ويهدف هذا البحث الي تحديد دور الكتروليتات الدم فى المساعدة على تقييم سرطان البنكرياس ، وذلك لما تشكله من اهمية تشخيصية. شملت الدراسة 23 مريض بالسرطان تراوحت اعمارهم بين 55 - 90 سنه بالإضافه الى 23 شخصا سليما غير مصابين بسرطان البنكرياس يمثلو مجموعه السيطرة ضمن نفس الفترة العمرية، خلال الفترة يناير 2018 الى مار 2019 .تم اجراء تقدير الالكتروليتات لعينة الدراسة . تم قياس كل من الصوديوم ) +Na ( والكالسيوم) ++Ca ( والبوتاسيوم ) +k( فى مصل الدم .وقد اظهر نتائج الدراسه انخفاض مستويا الالكتروليتا لدى المرضى بالمقارنة مع الاشخاص الاصحاء ، ويستنتج من ذلك بانه يمكن استخدام قيا مستويا الالكتروليتا بالدم كاختبارا داعمة في تقييم سر ا البنكرياس .
