The Journal of Academic Research is committed to upholding authors' intellectual property rights while promoting open access to scholarly research. This copyright policy outlines the journal’s stance on copyright ownership, authors’ rights, and user responsibilities in alignment with international academic publishing standards.

Copyright Ownership: Authors publishing in the Journal retain the copyright of their work. Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive their article. This ensures the work remains freely accessible while crediting the original authors.

Authors’ Rights

Academic Use

The right to use their article for teaching, presentations, lectures, and other scholarly activities.

Archiving & Sharing

The right to post the published version on personal websites, institutional repositories, or other academic platforms.

Content Reuse

The right to reuse figures, tables, and portions of the article in future works, provided proper citation is given.

Proper Attribution

The absolute right to be acknowledged as the original authors of the work in any subsequent use or citation.
