This study aimed to develop an integrated foresight-based vision for enhancing military moral readiness in the era of complex security threats from the perspective of military social work. The study employed a critical theoretical literature review guided by the general principles of the PRISMA framework, analyzing studies published between 2020 and 2026, in addition to foundational references relevant to the topic. The review examined the concepts of moral readiness, moral injury, psychological resilience, military social work, hybrid and cognitive warfare, and strategic foresight to identify research gaps and establish an integrated conceptual framework. The findings indicate that recent literature has made notable progress in measuring moral readiness, resilience, and moral injury; however, most studies remain predominantly diagnostic and reactive, with limited attention to proactive approaches based on strategic foresight. The review also revealed a significant knowledge gap regarding the integration of military social work with future studies in strengthening moral readiness.
