First: Submission and Preliminary Screening

Forms & Formatting

Authors must submit the undertaking and conflict of interest forms via email or the online system. Each manuscript receives a unique reference number for tracking.

Initial Screening

The board checks for technical compliance and scientific soundness. Manuscripts may be rejected at this stage, with a written explanation provided to the Author.

Plagiarism & Quotation

Originality is verified via iThenticate. The maximum allowed similarity is 20%, with direct quotations capped at 30% of that total and single-source similarity at 5%.

Second: Peer Review Process and Acceptance Standards
7. Review Mechanism and Referee Assignment
Manuscripts are evaluated by qualified independent referees with relevant expertise assigned by the editorial board to ensure a fair and rigorous process.
8. Referee Responsibilities & Confidentiality
Referees provide feedback via approved forms without editing content directly. All evaluations and deliberations are strictly confidential.
9. Evaluation Categories
Manuscripts are classified as: Accepted, Accepted with minor revisions, Accepted with major revisions, or Rejected.
10. Minimum Score and Timeline
A minimum score of 65% is required for publication. Referees must submit reports within 15 days; otherwise, an alternate referee is assigned.
13. Author Response and Final Decision
Authors must address all referee comments. If disagreements arise, the board may appoint a second referee or make a final editorial decision.
Third: Publication Priorities

Publication priority is determined based on:

  • Timely completion of the review and revision process.
  • Disciplinary diversity and Author inclusiveness.
  • Relevance to local issues and urgent topics as identified by the board.
