الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء رؤية استشرافية متكاملة لتعزيز الجاهزية المعنوية للعسكريين في ظل التهديدات الأمنية المركبة، من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية العسكرية. واعتمدت الدراسة منهج المراجعة النظرية النقدية للأدبيات، مسترشدة بالمبادئ العامة لإرشادات PRISMA، من خلال تحليل الدراسات المنشورة خلال الفترة (2020–2026)، إضافة إلى عدد من المراجع التأسيسية ذات الصلة. وركزت المراجعة على مفاهيم الجاهزية المعنوية، والإصابة الأخلاقية، والمرونة النفسية، والخدمة الاجتماعية العسكرية، والتهديدات الهجينة والمعرفية، والاستشراف الاستراتيجي، بهدف الكشف عن الفجوات البحثية وبناء إطار تكاملي يربط هذه المجالات. وأظهرت النتائج أن الأدبيات الحديثة حققت تقدمًا في قياس الجاهزية المعنوية والمرونة والإصابة الأخلاقية، إلا أن معظمها اتسم بالطابع التشخيصي والاستجابي، مع محدودية واضحة في تبني مقاربات استباقية تستند إلى الاستشراف الاستراتيجي. كما كشفت الدراسة عن فجوة معرفية تتمثل في ضعف التكامل بين الخدمة الاجتماعية العسكرية والدراسات المستقبلية في بناء الجاهزية المعنوية. واستنادًا إلى ذلك، قدمت الدراسة نموذجًا تصوريًا متكاملًا يقوم على منطق الأنساق المفتوحة (المدخلات، والعمليات، والمخرجات، والتغذية الراجعة)، مدعومًا بثلاثة سيناريوهات مستقبلية، بهدف تعزيز الوقاية المعنوية والقدرة المؤسسية على مواجهة التهديدات الهجينة والمعرفية. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن دمج الاستشراف الاستراتيجي مع الخدمة الاجتماعية العسكرية يمثل مدخلًا واعدًا للانتقال من الاستجابة للأزمات إلى بناء جاهزية معنوية استباقية ومستدامة، بما يدعم كفاءة المؤسسات العسكرية وقدرتها على التكيف مع البيئة الأمنية المتغيرة.
