Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 Author Rights
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the Journal the right to publish first.
2.2 Author Responsibilities
- Authors must comply with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
- Authors are responsible for securing permissions for any third-party content.
3.1 User Rights
Users are permitted to freely read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the articles.
3.2 User Responsibilities
- Users must give appropriate credit to the Author(s) and the Journal.
- Users must not misrepresent the work or use it in a misleading context.
4. Exceptions and Limitations
4.1 Third-Party Content
