الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلي توضيح دور تجربة المستخدم في نجاح المواقع الإلكترونية من خلال وضع إطار لتقويم هذه المواقع ، حيث طبق الإطار علي موقع التطوير المعلوماتي لجامعة سبها -كنموذج، تم إجراء تقييم للموقع الحالي بإحدى طرق القياس وتم اختيار استبيان تجربة المستخدم ، والمقابلات والملاحظة لسلوك المستخدمين لتقييم البوابة الحالية ، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن هناك حاجة لتعديل بعض الخدمات في الموقع، وبذلك تم تصميم نموذج أولي لبوابة الطالب وفقا لمعايير تصميم تجربة المستخدم  ، مع الاستعانة بتقنية أجاكس في هذا المجال ، التي لها دور كبير في تحسين تجربة المستخدم. وأوضحت النتائج على وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في حال تطبيق تجربة المستخدم على الموقع، وقد تم الإشارة إلى الأبحاث والتوصيات السابقة للممارسة، ومن المتوقع أن تكون نتائج هذه الدراسة ذات قيمة علمية لبيان أهمية تجربة المستخدم ودورها في نجاح تصميم المواقع الإلكترونية.
