دراسـة حـول المبيــدات المحرّمــة عــالميًا وعـلاقة البنية الكيميائية لبعضٍ منها بنشاطها البيولوجي
الملخص
عُرفت المبيدات عند الإنسان منذ القدم، حيث استخدمها لمكافحة الآفات التي واجهته آنذاك, ولكن ومع مرور الزمن واستمرار الاستخدام غير الصحيح، ظهرت مشاكل بيئية معقدة أثرت سلبًا على جودة الحياة في كوكب الأرض،مما دفع بالعديد من الدول الصّناعية لإصدار تشريعات وقوانين تمنع استخدام بعض من المبيدات، حيث تمّ حصرها في قوائم خاصة بذلك, ومع هذا فإنّ بعض من دول العالم وخاصة الدول النامية، لازالت تستورد هذه المبيدات من شركات أجنبية مصنّعة لا يهمّها إلّا الربح حتى لو كان على حساب الحياة على هذه الدول،لذا فقد أُجريت في هذا البحث، دراسة نظرية وتحليلية لثمانية قوائم من المبيدات المحرّمة،تم الحصول عليها من خلال الشبكة العنكبوتية. هذه القوائم تمتّ المقارنة فيما بينها فنتج عنها قائمــة جــديدة تحتـــوي على مبيدات تكررت من 4-8 مــرات فــي هــذه القوائــم، لنحصــل بـــذلك علــى 45مبيـــدًا محــرّمًا عالميًــا.اختيــرت من القائمـــة الجديـــدة ستـــة مبيـــدات ذات بنيـــة متشابهــة، سمــيت بمجموعــــة الـ p,p-DDT، هذه المبيدات الستة تنتمي إلى المبيدات الهيدروكربونية المكلورة المعروفة بخطورتها الشديدة لكونها ذات استقرار عالي يعيق عملية تحلّلها في الطبيعة.
