This paper presents the design and implementation of an integrated electro-mechanical medical care unit intended for remote monitoring of chronic patients. The system utilizes hardware components including the MAX30100 sensor, ESP8266 Wi-Fi module, Arduino Uno microcontroller, OLED display, and power modules. Mechanical design was developed in SolidWorks to support a compact respiratory-monitoring box, while software integration used both LabVIEW and the UBIDOTS cloud platform for visualization, data logging, alerting, and medical supervision. The system continuously measures vital signs such as heart rate (HR) and oxygen saturation (SpO₂), triggers artificial ventilation in abnormal conditions, and sends automated Gmail notifications to healthcare providers. Results demonstrate the ability of the proposed solution to improve real-time monitoring, support medical decision-making, and reduce healthcare workload. The system provides an efficient electro-mechanical solution for intelligent telehealth and patient-care automation.
